The body of work by Giorgia Lo Faso (b.1993, Italy) moves between, images, debris, sculpture, installation, and preservation techniques. Particularly she is interested in the visual possibilities that mediums and languages can generate, especially in the discourse of painting.
 

Lo Faso holds a BA and an MA in Graphic and Chalcographic Techniques from the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin, Italy 2017 and 2019, resp., and obtained her MA Fine Arts at the HKU, University of the Arts Utrecht, the Netherlands (2022).

Participants are invited to step inside a photo booth and share a kiss with the artist. The final result is a series of 5 intimate portraits, capturing the fleeting moment between two strangers.
Only 5 brave individuals dared to participate.
